Ter versterking van ons domein Ruimtelijke ordening zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Beleidsadviseur Wonen. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Doelen en benodigde middelen voor het gemeentelijke woonbeleid formuleren en de samenhang en planning inzichtelijk maken - Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan de uitvoering en monitoring van het Volkshuisvestingsprogramma - Ontwikkelingen op de woningmarkt analyseren en kansen en knelpunten signaleren - Landelijke en regionale wet- en regelgeving vertalen naar lokaal beleid en uitvoering - Oplossingen en alternatieven ontwikkelen en nota's en voorstellen opstellen - Integrale adviezen geven en deelnemen aan multidisciplinair overleg over beleidsvraagstukken - De gemeente vertegenwoordigen in regionaal overleg en bijdragen aan ruimtelijke projecten en nieuw ruimtelijk beleid - Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor woningcorporaties en afspraken maken over sociale woningbouw - Samenwerken met zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties en medewerkers ondersteunen bij inhoudelijke vraagstukken - De coördinatie verzorgen van werkzaamheden die zijn uitbesteed aan externe partners Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen beleid, projecten en samenwerking met bestuur, collega's en externe partners.
