Continu Professionals logo - - Werken op kantoor bij Continu - Sint-Michielsgestel - Gemeentes - HBO - 3784 - 4784 Je hebt nog 26 dagen om te solliciteren Functieomschrijving Als Beleidsadviseur Wonen werk je aan actuele en maatschappelijk relevante vraagstukken op het gebied van wonen, woningbouw en volkshuisvesting binnen de gemeenten Boxtel en Sint-Michielsgestel. Je vertaalt landelijke, provinciale en regionale ontwikkelingen naar lokaal beleid en adviseert over woningbouwontwikkelingen, woonbeleid en ruimtelijke initiatieven. Daarbij werk je samen met woningcorporaties, projectontwikkelaars, zorgorganisaties, regionale partners en interne stakeholders. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Implementeren van de Wet Versterking Regie Volkshuisvesting; - Opstellen en beheren van het volkshuisvestelijk programma; - Adviseren over de invoering van de lokale huisvestingsverordening; - Vertalen van regionale woonafspraken naar lokaal beleid; - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor woningcorporaties en projectontwikkelaars; - Adviseren bij woningbouwprojecten en ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen; - Bijdragen aan vraagstukken rondom betaalbaar wonen, leefbaarheid en woonzorg; - Opstellen van bestuurlijke adviezen en beleidsvoorstellen; - Samenwerken met partners binnen het ruimtelijk en sociaal domein. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Planologie, Bestuurskunde, Sociale Geografie of vergelijkbaar; - Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen wonen, volkshuisvesting of ruimtelijke ontwikkeling; - Kennis van woningbouw, woonbeleid en volkshuisvestingsvraagstukken; - Affiniteit met maatschappelijke en ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen; - Ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling en advisering; - Kennis van bestuurlijke besluitvorming; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Ervaring met samenwerking tussen overheid, corporaties en ontwikkelaars.
