Beleidsadviseur Wonen Burgum Voor de gemeenten Achtkarspelen & Tytsjerksteradiel (Burgum) is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Beleidsadviseur Wonen voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Team Omgeving zoekt een beleidsadviseur Wonen die een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het woonbeleid. Het Volkshuisvestingsprogramma vormt hierbij de basis voor de werkzaamheden in de komende jaren. De beleidsadviseur werkt aan de uitvoering van de regionale Woondeal Noordoost-Fryslân en volgt ontwikkelingen op de woningmarkt nauwgezet. Je vertaalt landelijke wet- en regelgeving naar de lokale situatie en adviseert hierover binnen de organisatie. In deze rol werk je intensief samen met gemeenten, woningcorporaties, maatschappelijke organisaties en collega's van onder andere projecten, ruimtelijke ontwikkeling, duurzaamheid, economie, grondzaken, leefbaarheid en het sociaal domein. Dankzij deze brede samenwerking is het werk veelzijdig, uitdagend en maatschappelijk relevant. Mei-inoar wurkje oan in krêftige organisaasje! De inzet vindt plaats volgens een deta-vast constructie. Na 6 maanden is kosteloze overname van de kandidaat mogelijk. Verantwoordelijkheden - het signaleren van kansen en uitdagingen in de woningmarkt en het vertalen hiervan naar beleid, met aandacht voor actuele thema's als betaalbaarheid, passende woonvormen, duurzaamheid en leefbaarheid; - het analyseren van de woningmarkt, beoordelen van woningbouwplannen en woningbouwinitiatieven en adviseren van bestuur, management, college en raad over wonen en volkshuisvesting; - het verbinden van woningcorporaties, projectontwikkelaars, zorgorganisaties, overheden en huurdersbelangen en het opstellen, monitoren en evalueren van prestatieafspraken met woningcorporaties en huurdersbelangen; - advisering binnen het programma Wonen, Zorg en Welzijn en het bijdragen aan de afstemming van woningbouw op de behoeften van inwoners; - het actueel houden van de Bouwspiegel, ...
