Beleidsadviseur Wonen 36 uur Rotterdam HBO / WO Reageren tot: 27-10-2026 5.122 - 6.924 Dit ga je doen Als beleidsadviseur Wonen in de stadsregio Rotterdam speel je een cruciale rol in het vertalen van strategische vraagstukken naar tactisch en operationeel beleid. Je maakt deel uit van een gedreven team met twee andere beleidsadviseurs en een projectleider beleid. In deze veelzijdige rol doe je diepgaande analyses op het gebied van volkshuisvestelijk beleid, waarbij de betaalbaarheid van de woningen en geschiktheid van het vastgoed voor onze doelgroepen centraal staat. Hierbinnen hou jij je bezig met thema's zoals huurincasso, huurverhoging, energiearmoede en servicekosten. Je ontwikkelt tactisch en operationeel beleid dat onze doelstelling ondersteunt en stemt hierbij regelmatig af met collega's in de wijk en de afdeling Strategie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het beleid aansluit op de meerjarige doelen van Havensteder en dat het actueel blijft door het aan te passen aan nieuwe inzichten en ontwikkelingen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de manager Verhuur & Incasso en adviseer je het management en de directie over nieuw beleid. Je zorgt ervoor dat het beleid daadwerkelijk tot uitvoering komt in de wijken, in samenwerking met collega's van diverse afdelingen. Ook lever je een actieve bijdrage aan projecten op Havensteder brede thema's. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Ontwikkelen van beleid: Van analyse tot implementatie, je zorgt ervoor dat het beleid aansluit bij de strategisch doelen van Havensteder; - Adviseren en overtuigen: Je adviseert het management en de directie en overtuigt hen van nieuwe beleidsvoorstellen; - Samenwerken: Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en vertegenwoordigt Havensteder in externe overleggen met gemeenten en collega corporaties.
