Dan zoeken wij jou! Waar land je in de organisatie? Je landt binnen team Ruimtelijk Beleid. Dit team houdt zich bezig met beleidsmatige vraagstukken en opgaven in het fysieke domein. Hierbij werken we veel samen met collega's in de organisatie en met partners buiten onze organisatie. Juist de omvang van onze organisatie biedt veel ruimte: je krijgt de kans om op verschillende vraagstukken in te stappen en je breed te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied. Het team is volop in beweging en in ontwikkeling. We werken met korte lijnen richting het bestuur, zetten talenten steeds gerichter in en combineren de kennis van ervaren collega's met de frisse blik van nieuwe collega's. Dat maakt het een dynamische en lerende omgeving waarin je echt kunt bijdragen én groeien. Binnen het team zijn verschillende subteams die ieder vanuit hun eigen expertise bijdragen aan deze opgaven. Eén daarvan is Wonen en Leefomgeving, waar deze functie onder valt. Zo liggen actuele en complexe vraagstukken over wonen, woningbouw en leefomgeving die vragen om een brede, integrale blik. Zo wordt gekeken naar mogelijkheden om de woningbouw te versnellen, naar landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen en naar de vertaling daarvan naar de lokale situatie waarbij steeds de verbinding met andere opgaven bin...
