- Beleidsmedewerker (m/v/x) Vlaanderen & Luxemburg De NVAO, afdeling Vlaanderen en Luxemburg zoekt een nieuwe beleidsmedewerker. De NVAO is de onafhankelijke kwaliteitszorgorganisatie die inzicht en gerechtvaardigd vertrouwen in de kwaliteit van het hoger onderwijs waarborgt en de kwaliteitscultuur van en binnen de hogescholen, universiteiten en andere hogeronderwijsinstellingen bevordert. De afdeling Vlaanderen & Luxemburg van de NVAO beoordeelt opleidingen en hogeronderwijsinstellingen, voornamelijk in Vlaanderen en Luxemburg maar ook in de rest van Europa. Op basis van onze oordelen worden opleidingen en hun diploma's in het hoger onderwijs erkend. Functieomschrijving Heb je een passie voor hoger onderwijs? Wil je graag je steentje bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van het hoger onderwijs in Vlaanderen en Luxemburg? Ben je een teamspeler? Wil je je kennis en vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen? Dan is de NVAO op zoek naar jou. Je komt terecht in een internationale afdeling, met een groot netwerk. Je kunt je kennis van en ervaring met het hoger onderwijs verder verdiepen door bij te dragen tot de verdere ontwikkeling van kwaliteitszorg en kwaliteitszorgstelsels in Vlaanderen en Luxemburg. Hierbij verlies je de internationale context van ons werk niet uit het oog. Bij de NVAO combineren we thuiswerk met werken op kantoor in Den Haag. Hiervoor worden individuele afspraken gemaakt, afgestemd op jouw persoonlijke situatie. Werkzaamheden Je neemt de rol op van procescoördinator bij het beoordelen van nieuwe en bestaande opleidingen, voornamelijk in Vlaanderen, en eventueel ook in Luxemburg. Je begeleidt commissies van deskundigen en onderwijsinstellingen bij deze beoordelingsprocedures. Als beleidsmedewerker draag je voor de NVAO eveneens bij tot het implementeren en evalueren van het beleid.
