Jij doet het Als beleidsmedewerker ga je onderdeel uitmaken van een Multidisciplinair Team (MDT). Binnen de MDTs werk je middels de scrummethode samen met medewerkers van verschillende disciplines. Je werkt in sprints van 3 weken aan onderwerpen die het meeste waarde opleveren voor de budgethouder. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van het Chapter (vakgroep) Beleid. Daarin werk je samen met de collega beleidsmedewerkers aan de professionele ontwikkeling van een ieder en van de beleidswerkwijze als geheel bij DZW. Van jou wordt verwacht dat je met een beleidsbril op deze samenwerking aan gaat. Je brengt lijn in beleidsinformatie en je maakt met het team de doorvertaling naar de pgb- uitvoeringspraktijk. Dat betekent een interessant en divers pakket aan werkzaamheden, waarbij je nagaat of beleidsbeslissingen helder zijn en goed zijn vastgelegd. Daarnaast wordt van jou verwacht dat een jij goed overzicht hebt van het complete stakeholderveld, ook in de externe pgb-keten. Je weet welke ontwikkelingen met betrekking tot de toekomst van DZW en je overziet wat nu en in de toekomst nodig is voor de verschillende stakeholders. Op deze manier kan jij de Product Owner hierin proactief van advies voorzien. Met wat voor onderwerpen ga jij je bezig houden? Dat kan per kwartaal en per MDT verschillen. Voorbeelden zijn het implementeren van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, het meewerken aan de verbetering van interne processen, het automatis...
