In het kort: Je gaat als beleidsmedewerker accommodatiebeleid werken aan subsidieafhandeling, ontwikkeling van wijkaccommodatiebeleid, afstemming huurprijzen maatschappelijk vastgoed en relatiebeheer binnen het sociaal domein van de gemeente Roermond. Ervaren beleidsmedewerker (welzijns)accommodatiebeleid (HR21: Medewerker Ontwikkeling II) 36 uur per week – 26 weken. Ben jij een ervaren beleidsmedewerker accommodatiebeleid met oog voor ontwikkeling die hands-on kan meewerken én impact wil maken voor de stad Roermond? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Tijdens deze tijdelijke opdracht werk je mee binnen cluster Samenleving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Subsidieverlening en vaststelling van subsidies aan de partners op het gebied van (gemeentelijke) welzijnsaccommodaties in de breedste zin van het woord; - Meewerken aan het verder tot stand brengen van het Wijkaccommodatiebeleid door aan te sluiten op de gestarte onderzoeken en vormgeving daarvan; - Samen met een nog te werven procesbegeleider accommodatiebeleid aan te sluiten op een drietal grote ontwikkelingen/kansen op jouw vakgebied samen met collega’s van Vastgoed, Onderwijs en Projecten; - Afstemming huurprijzen maatschappelijk vastgoed - Relatiebeheer en oppakken achterstallige zaken.
