Samenwerkingsorganisatie De Wolden Hoogeveen (SWO) geeft met ruim 900 medewerkers uitvoering aan de gemeentelijke taken en verleent diensten aan ongeveer 80.000 inwoners van de twee gemeenten. Dit maakt ons de op één na grootste gemeentelijke organisatie in Drenthe. Daarnaast zijn wij een unieke organisatie door het werken voor 2 heel verschillende gemeenten. We zijn centraal gelegen en goed bereikbaar, zowel met de auto als het openbaar vervoer. Voor zowel de gemeente Hoogeveen als voor de gemeente De Wolden leveren we maatwerk. Bouw mee aan de toekomst van stad én platteland. Het team Welzijn, Sport en Cultuur bestaat uit 35 collega's. Het team heeft een professionele en open werksfeer waarin ruimte is voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en samenwerking met andere teams binnen de organisatie. Wij staan voor elkaar en er is een goede werksfeer in het team. Een goede open samenwerking met kwaliteit staat bij ons voorop. Samen met jou willen we, vanuit onze standplaats Zuidwolde, een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het versterken van sport, cultuur en gezondheid in de gemeente Hoogeveen en de gemeente De Wolden. Opdracht Stap in de dynamische wereld van het gemeentelijk beleid en draag bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het beleid op het gebied van welzijn en gezondheid. Je werkt aan actuele maatschappelijke vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat beleid aansluit bij wat inwoners en maatschappelijke partners nodig hebben.
