Introductie Voor de Provincie Overijssel zoeken we een Beleidsmedewerker Circulaire Economie. Startdatum: 01-12-2026 Einddatum: 31-07-2027 met optie tot verlenging Uren per week: 28-32 Organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij de afdeling Economie en Cultuur (EC), één van de acht afdelingen binnen provincie Overijssel. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het economische en culturele beleid. Enkele voorbeelden van belangrijke thema's zijn energie, innovatie, het sociaal-cultureel vestigingsklimaat en de arbeidsmarkt. Er is een intensieve samenwerking met burgers, bedrijven, andere overheden en verschillende belangengroepen, waarbij wordt ingespeeld op initiatieven die aansluiten bij de provinciale ambities. De afdeling bestaat uit de volgende teams: Regionale economie, Vrijetijdseconomie, Agro & Food, Cultuur, Sociale Kwaliteit, Nieuwe Energie. Functie Overijssel wil in 2050 volledig circulair zijn. Dat vraagt om slimme ketens, innovatieve ondernemers, nieuwe verdienmodellen en samenwerking tussen overheden, kennisinstellingen en bedrijven. Als (interim-) Beleidsmedewerker Circulaire Economie draag jij hier direct aan bij. Je ontwikkelt beleid, bouwt netwerken en vertaalt maatschappelijke opgaven naar concrete acties en resultaten. Wil jij impact maken op de transitie naar een circulaire economie én werken in een bestuurlijke omgeving waar economie, duurzaamheid en innovatie samenkomen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Jouw uitdaging Als Beleidsmedewerker Circulaire Economie werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het provinciale beleid op het gebied van circulariteit. Je hebt een goed gevoel voor zowel inhoud als bestuurlijke verhoudingen en weet verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen economie, innovatie, ruimtelijke ontwikkeling, energie en milieu. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met ondernemers, gemeenten, kennisinstellingen, branch...
