WPW is een toekomstbehendige organisatie. We kunnen snel, handig en actief inspelen op maatschappelijke veranderingen. Binnen WPW zijn 7 zelforganiserende teams werkzaam. In samenwerking met ruim 1600 vrijwilligers onderhouden zij een breed scala aan diensten en activiteiten in de gemeenten Schagen, Hollands Kroon, Dijk en Waard en Den Helder. Als Staf-/Beleidsmedewerker ondersteun je de organisatie op het gebied van Financiën en Kwaliteit en richt je je op praktische beleidsuitwerking, procesverbetering, monitoring en advisering aan leidinggevenden en teams. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële en kwaliteitsprocessen professioneel, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig zijn ingericht. Wat ga je doen? • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor financiële vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. • Je analyseert financiële gegevens en stelt managementrapportages op. • Je signaleert ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt deze naar beleid en processen. • Je coördineert administratieve processen en geeft leiding aan onze administratief medewerkers. • Je bewaakt kwaliteits- en financiële procedures en houdt documentatie actueel. • Je coördineert de jaarrekeningcontrole en interim controles. • Je voert interne controles uit en ondersteunt bij audits. • Je adviseert leidinggevenden over procesverbeteringen, ...
