Je bouwt netwerken op en onderhoudt contact met ondernemers, gemeenten, kennisinstellingen, brancheorganisaties en andere partners. Ook draag je bij aan regionale transities rondom grondstoffen, maakindustrie, bouw, landbouw en consumptie. Wat ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt, voert uit en evalueert beleid rondom circulaire economie. - Je signaleert maatschappelijke, economische en bestuurlijke ontwikkelingen. - Je stelt adviezen op voor Gedeputeerde Staten en Provinciale Staten. - Je initieert en begeleidt projecten en programma’s gericht op circulariteit. - Je verbindt ondernemers, overheden en kennisinstellingen. - Je ontwikkelt en beheert subsidieregelingen en andere instrumenten. - Je vertegenwoordigt de provincie in regionale en landelijke netwerken. - Je monitort resultaten en rapporteert over voortgang en impact. - Je draagt bij aan regionale transities op het gebied van grondstoffen, maakindustrie, bouw, landbouw en consumptie. - Je bent speciaal verantwoordelijk voor de thema’s kunststof, maakindustrie en textiel. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met transities/vernieuwingen in de economie zoals circulariteit en/of digitalisering. - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau. Wensen - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau in de richting van economie, duurzaamheid, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting, en je licht toe hoe die vergelijkbaar is. - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met samenwerking in netwerken tussen overheden, kennisinstelling, bedrijfsleven/ondernemers. - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met projecten in publiek-private samenwerkingen. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met beleidsontwikkeling, programmamanagement en.
