Van Boheemen Consultancy B.V Beleidsmedewerker Cultuur & Subsidies Rijswijk De opdracht en het resultaat - Als secretaris van de commissie KunstRuimte, voorbereiden en notuleren van de periodieke overleggen en actiepunten afstemmen en opvolgen; - Een juridisch en bestuurlijk correct afgerond besluitvormingstraject voor het intrekken van de regeling kunstaankoop voor particulieren (de regeling uit 2001); - Een tijdige en accurate verwerking in de systemen van de subsidies voor 2027, op basis van de beschikkingen die medio 2026 zijn afgegeven, evenals de lopende subsidieverstrekkingen en -vaststellingen; - Gewaarborgde continuïteit in het onderhoud van de gemeentelijke kunstwerken en een vlotte afstemming met de verenigingsondersteuner van Haaglanden Beweegt; - Tijdige bestuurlijke afstemming voor lopende dossiers en de flexibiliteit om ad-hoc bij te springen bij andere urgente onderdelen binnen het cluster Cultuur & Evenementen. Functie eisen - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar als beleidsmedewerker of beleidsuitvoerder binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie; - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring als secretaris; - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met gemeentelijke subsidieprocessen (verstrekking, vaststelling en beschikkingen) en het opstellen van bestuurlijke besluitvorming, duidelijk weergeven in het cv; - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het beheer en onderhoud van kunstwerken en de afstemming met externe maatschappelijke partners (zoals welzijns- of sportverenigingen).
