PSW zoekt een Beleidsmedewerker Dienstverband 32 - 36 uur per week Opleidingsniveau HBO Standplaats Herten / Roermond Werkvelden Gehandicaptenzorg Over PSW PSW ondersteunt inmiddels al 71 jaar mensen met een (verstandelijke) beperking of andere ondersteuningsvraag van jong tot oud op het gebied woonbegeleiding, activiteitenbegeleiding, ambulante begeleiding, begeleiding op maat voor kind en jeugd en begeleiding in de werkomgeving. Werken bij PSW betekent werken in een organisatie waar verbinding, ontwikkeling en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid centraal staan. Wil jij een onderdeel worden van onze fijne organisatie? Wat ga je doen? Als beleidsmedewerker ben jij een onderdeel van het team Strategie & Beleid, geef jij advies aan andere belanghebbende collega's binnen de organisatie en bied jij ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling van beleid. Je zorgt voor een adequate voorbereiding, implementatie, uitvoering en monitoring van het operationele en tactisch beleid. Je houdt je bijvoorbeeld bezig met de volgende taken: het verbeteren van kwaliteit van dossiers, crisismanagementbeleid en het verbeteren van het incidentmeldingssysteem. Dit doe je in samenwerking met en voor de medewerkers op de werkvloer en vaak in opdracht van het management. We maken geen beleid voor in een bureaulade, maar op vraag en op grond van noodzaak en zodanig dat de medewerker op de werkvloer ermee kan werken. Andere taken waar je aan kunt denken in de functie van beleidsmedewerker binnen PSW: - Je signaleert gevraagd en ongevraagd relevante (zorginhoudelijke), politieke en wettelijke ontwikkelingen en/of knelpunten binnen het aandachtsgebied of soortgelijke aandachtsgebieden en zorg samen met collega's voor de implementatie volgens wet- en regelgeving; - Je analyseert en beoordeelt ontwikkelingen op mogelijke consequenties voor het uitvoeringsbeleid en je adviseert het management over het te ontwikkelen beleid; - Je levert een bijdrage aan de verbetering v...
