Wat ga je doen?

Als beleidsmedewerker facturatie werk je op het kruispunt van data, wetgeving en de dagelijkse praktijk van een ziekenhuis. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze facturatieprocessen foutloos, efficiënt en helder verlopen. Je combineert analyse met inzicht in regelgeving om het facturatiesysteem optimaal te laten functioneren.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Analyseren en rapporteren van gegevens rond activiteiten, prestaties en facturatie.
  • Data overzichtelijk presenteren via Excel en andere Office-tools.
  • Nieuwe of aangepaste regelgeving opvolgen en vertalen naar duidelijke processen en aanbevelingen.
  • Ons facturatiesysteem up-to-date houden volgens de geldende voorschriften.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij facturatiecorrecties en complexe dossiers.
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe partners zoals de financiële dienst en ziekenfondsen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren om fouten in facturatie te voorkomen.
  • Procedures en handleidingen opstellen en actualiseren.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en zorgen voor heldere, constructieve communicatie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in health-care-management of rechtspraktijk of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring in de zorgsector.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met regelgeving en het ziekenhuislandschap.
  • Sterke analytische skills en een nauwkeurige werkstijl typeren jou.
  • Je gaat vlot om met Excel en andere Office-tools.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt procesmatig.
  • Je bent communicatief, collegiaal en kan goed samenwerken met diverse disciplines.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
