Voor Samenwerkingsorganisatie De Wolden Hoogeveen (SWO) zoeken wij een Beleidsmedewerker Gezondheid voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. In deze functie werk je aan de ontwikkeling én uitvoering van beleid op het gebied van welzijn en gezondheid. Je adviseert het bestuur, werkt samen met maatschappelijke partners en zorgt ervoor dat beleidsdoelen worden vertaald naar concrete en uitvoerbare acties. Als Beleidsmedewerker Gezondheid houd je je bezig met actuele maatschappelijke vraagstukken binnen de gemeenten De Wolden en Hoogeveen. Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied en vertaalt deze naar beleid dat aansluit bij wat inwoners en maatschappelijke partners nodig hebben. Wat je gaat doen - ontwikkelen en adviseren over beleid op het gebied van welzijn en gezondheid; - werken aan thema's zoals preventieprogramma's rondom middelengebruik; - vertalen van beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete uitvoering; - adviseren van bestuurders over ontwikkelingen en vraagstukken binnen jouw aandachtsgebied; - onderhouden van contacten met besturen en medewerkers van verschillende welzijnsorganisaties; - signaleren van maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar kansen voor beleid en uitvoering; - samenwerken met collega's en maatschappelijke partners; - onderhouden van contacten met onder andere huisar...
