Functieomschrijving Als Beleidsmedewerker Handhaving ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van complexe handhavingscasussen, inclusief het opstellen van collegevoorstellen bij politieke gevoeligheid en het opstellen van handhavingsbesluiten. Je vertegenwoordigt het college en de burgemeester in bezwaar-, beroeps- en hoger beroepsprocedures en fungeert als vraagbaak en sparringpartner voor collega's op het gebied van handhaving. Je regisseert en coördineert gemeentelijke inzet tijdens controles op vakantieparken en pakt de daaruit voortkomende handhavingszaken op. Je stelt het 'Uitvoeringsprogramma 2027 en evaluatie 2026 Omgevingsrecht, VTH' op, zorgt voor tijdige vaststelling door het college (uiterlijk 1 maart 2027) en voor toezending aan provincie en raad, en treedt op als contactpersoon richting provincie. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega's aan het regionale Preventie- en Handhavingsplan Alcohol, neem je deel aan relevante regionale overleggen en informeer je tijdens portefeuillehoudersoverleg de burgemeester over actuele handhavingsthema's en casussen. Vereist profiel - Afgeronde relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijv. Bestuurskunde, Rechtsgeleerdheid, Veiligheidskunde of vergelijkbaar) met aantoonbare interesse in handhaving en omgevingsrecht. - Ervaring met handhaving, bestuursrechtelijke procedures en het opstellen van bestuurlijke stukken (collegevoorstellen, handhavingsbesluiten, programmateksten). - Sterke juridische vaardigheden en kennis van VTH (Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving) en omgevingsrecht, inclusief ervaring met bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. - Uitstekende communicatieve en bestuurlijke vaardigheden: je kunt politici en bestuurders adviseren en complexe zaken helder uitleggen. - Aantoonbare ervaring met regievoering en coördinatie van (multidisciplinaire) controles en handhavingsprojecten. - Samenwerkingsgerichte houding: ervaring met regionaal overleg en het opstellen van gezamenlijke prev...
