Dit ga je doen Als beleidsmedewerker informatiemanagement bij de Brandweer speel jij een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling naar een organisatie die informatie en data goed gebruikt. Jij adviseert over vraagstukken op het gebied van informatiemanagement. Je onderzoekt ontwikkelingen en trends binnen en buiten de organisatie en werkt actief mee aan beheer, doorontwikkeling, projecten en verbetertrajecten. Zo help je de organisatie om slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger te werken. Je bent breed inzetbaar op verschillende aspecten van informatiemanagement en datagedreven werken. Zo werk je nauw samen met de ISO (Information Security Officer), initieer en begeleid je verbeterprojecten en adviseer je over lokale en landelijke ontwikkelingen. Ook bijdragen aan organisatiebrede vraagstukken buiten het vakgebied informatiemanagement behoort tot de mogelijkheden. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen. - Je begeleidt de ontwikkeling van informatiemanagement en datagedreven werken. - Je vertaalt de informatiebehoefte van afdelingen en teams naar bruikbare inzichten en dashboards en adviseert hen over hoe zij hierin stappen kunnen zetten. - Je stelt impactanalyses op en adviseert over de uitvoering van veranderingen.
