Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een beleidsmedewerker jeugd voor regio Gelderland. Na een ernstig incident vraagt de raad om snelle actie. Tegelijk wil je beleid voorkomen dat vooral op papier werkt. Dat spanningsveld bepaalt je dag. Je spreekt met jeugdbescherming, onderwijs en veiligheidspartners. Signalen over huiselijk geweld nemen toe, terwijl passende ondersteuning onder druk staat. Jij brengt feiten, praktijkervaring en bestuurlijke keuzes samen. Als beleidsmedewerker jeugd bij de gemeente werk je aan vraagstukken die direct invloed hebben op gezinnen. Je houdt je bezig met kindermishandeling, jeugdbescherming, jeugdreclassering, verslaving, zorgmijding en verward gedrag. Daarbij vertaal je ontwikkelingen naar beleid dat uitvoerbaar blijft. Je onderzoekt trends, bespreekt knelpunten met partners en adviseert bestuurders. Daarbij kijk je steeds naar wat nodig is voor inwoners én professionals. Juist die verbinding maakt het verschil tussen een plan en echte verandering.
