In deze functie zet je jouw kennis en ervaring op het gebied van Jeugd en/of Onderwijs in en krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het beleidsvak. Het zwaartepunt van de functie ligt op Jeugd en Onderwijs, met daarnaast betrokkenheid bij bredere opgaven binnen het sociaal domein. Werk je graag integraal, heb je affiniteit met maatschappelijke vraagstukken en wil je groeien in een rol waarin beleid en uitvoering samenkomen? Dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te reageren. De functie Als beleidsmedewerker werk je onder de vleugels van twee beleidsadviseurs die zich bezighouden met Jeugd, zorg & veiligheid en onderwijs. Als beleidsmedewerker lever je een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en evaluatie van beleid op het gebied van jeugd (preventief en zorg) en onderwijs. Je werkt nauw samen met de jeugdconsulenten en leerplichtambtenaren om steeds de vertaalslag te maken tussen uitvoering en beleid. Verder werk jij op operationeel en tactisch niveau aan: - Het versterken van de verbinding tussen jeugd, zorg en onderwijs, zowel beleidsmatig als richting uitvoering; - Je ondersteunt en denkt mee in visievorming; - Het meewerken aan de inkoop van zorg (Wmo en Jeugd) in samenwerking met het inkoopteam; - Het bijdragen aan projecten binnen de transformatie van het sociaal domein; - Deelname aan regionale samenwerking rondom (specialistische) jeugdzorg; - Ondersteunen bij advisering aan college en gemeenteraad, inclusief het voorbereiden van stukken. - Je pakt afgebakende tactische en operationele project...
