Kinderdagverblijf Het Toverbos Rheden Vacature Beleidsmedewerker/pedagogisch professional Minimaal 18 uur per week Ben jij iemand die graag meedenkt over hoe dingen beter kunnen? Het Toverbos is een betrokken kinderopvangorganisatie met twee locaties. Samen bieden we opvang binnen onze BSO, drie kinderdagverblijfgroepen en een peutergroep. We vinden het belangrijk dat kinderen zich bij ons veilig en gezien voelen en alle ruimte krijgen om zich te ontwikkelen. Dat geldt eigenlijk net zo goed voor onze medewerkers. We werken met een betrokken team en vinden korte lijnen, persoonlijk contact en samen verantwoordelijkheid nemen belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? Als beleidsmedewerker/pedagogisch professional bij Het Toverbos houd je je bezig met het ontwikkelen, actualiseren en bewaken van ons beleid. Maar we zoeken vooral iemand die verder kijkt dan het papier. Je weet wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt, gaat in gesprek met collega's en kunt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Je helpt ons om kritisch te blijven kijken naar hoe we werken: wat gaat goed, wat kan beter en wat hebben medewerkers nodig om goede kinderopvang te kunnen bieden? Je werkzaamheden kunnen onder andere bestaan uit: - ontwikkelen en actualiseren van pedagogisch en organisatorisch beleid; - volgen van ontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving binnen de kinderopvang; - beleid vertalen naar duidelijke en werkbare afspraken voor de praktijk; - meedenken over kwaliteit en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen onze locaties; - ondersteunen bij inspecties en vraagstukken rondom de GGD; - signaleren wat er binnen de organisatie en op de groepen speelt; - samenw...
