Als beleidsmedewerker Radiologie denk je mee over hoe we de afdeling de komende jaren organiseren en krijg je de ruimte om daar zelf richting aan te geven. De afdeling radiologie is een afdeling die volop in beweging is. De basis staat goed, maar er liggen interessante vraagstukken voor de komende jaren. Hoe verdelen we onze capaciteit? Welk beleid moet worden aangepast? En sluiten onze processen en afspraken nog aan bij de praktijk? Bij de afdeling Radiologie spelen volop vraagstukken waar jij als beleidsmedewerker zelfstandig mee aan de slag gaat. Je ondersteunt de afdelingsmanagers door het schrijven van beleidsvoorstellen, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitstaken en het neerzetten van organisatorische randvoorwaarden. Je analyseert wat er speelt, brengt informatie bij elkaar en signaleert waar iets moet veranderen. Vervolgens vertaal je dit naar concrete voorstellen en help je om verbeteringen door te voeren. Denk aan het evalueren van het dienstroosterbeleid, de wachttijden en onze afdelingsdoelstellingen. Ook houd je je bezig met capaciteitsmanagement: het voorbereiden van stuurinformatie die bepaald welke personele bezetting nodig is en het uitwerken van aanpassingen hierop. Ook kwaliteit is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je zorgt dat afspraken goed zijn vastgelegd en geborgd. Daarnaast breng je structuur aan in de manier waarop we als afdeling werken.
