In het kort: Je gaat ruimtelijke projecten en woningbouwinitiatieven begeleiden, planologische procedures en afwijkingsbesluiten opstellen, bestuurlijke voorstellen voorbereiden, belangen afwegen, met stakeholders afstemmen en bijdragen aan een aantrekkelijke, toekomstbestendige leef- en woonomgeving. Beleidsmedewerker RO (junior of medior) - (Bege)leid je ruimtelijke projecten en -initiatieven. - Begeleid je zorgvuldig planologische procedures voor met name woningbouwontwikkelingen en stelt daarvoor de college- en zo nodig raadsvoorstellen op. - Stel je motiveringen op om af te wijken van het geldende planologische regime. - Stem je af met collega’s, initiatiefnemers en wethouders. - Zo nodig sluit je anterieure overeenkomsten af met initiatiefnemers. Het geeft je voldoening om een bijdrage te leveren aan een mooiere (woon)omgeving en de bouw van voldoende woningen, daarin alle belangen af te wegen en creatief mee te denken in oplossingen. Je vindt het leuk om daarover het gesprek aan te gaan met bestuurders, initiatiefnemers en collega’s. Je bent geduldig in het contact met initiatiefnemers en kunt de materie in begrijpelijke taal uitleggen en opschrijven. Je gedijt goed in een omgeving, waar veel gebeurt. Het motiveert je om hierbinnen orde, structuur en resultaat te creëren. Je werkt zelfstandig maar stemt af daar waar nodig. Daarnaast ben je zorgvuldig en politiek sensitief. En natuurlijk ben je bekend met de Omgevingswet, ben je bekend met het ja, mits principe en heb je de competenties in huis die passen bij de daaruit volgende nieuwe manier van werken. Hybride werken in overleg Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Een afgeronde, relevante HBO/WO-opleiding, zoals ruimtelijke ontwikkeling, planologie, omgevingsrecht of stedenbouw. - ruime ervaring als procesbegeleider van een gebiedsontwikkeling; - ervaring met werken binnen of met de gemeentelijke overheid, woningcorporaties en projectontwikkelaars; - ervaring met het integraal aansturen van diverse project.
