Beleidsmedewerker Openbare Ruimte/ Civiele werken (36 uur p/w) Als beleidsmedewerker Openbare Ruimte werk je aan een duurzaam, veilig en goed ingericht openbaar gebied. Je bent de inhoudelijk adviseur voor het 'grijze' domein: wegen, bruggen, kunstwerken en civieltechnische inrichting. Je ontwikkelt beleid, stelt beheer- en uitvoeringsplannen op zoals bijvoorbeeld het Integraal Beheersplan Openbare Ruimte (IBOR) en zorgt voor integraal advies richting bestuur en collega's. In een kleine gemeente zoals Stein betekent dat: veel verantwoordelijkheid, veel variatie en korte lijnen. Jij beweegt soepel tussen beleid, beheer en uitvoering. - Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en implementeren van beleid op het gebied van civiele werken. - Opstellen van meerjarenprogramma's en beheerplannen. - Vertaling van beleid en plannen in de begrotingscyclus. - Adviseren van het college, de raad en projectteams over civieltechnische vraagstukken. - Betrekken van inwoners, organisaties en andere stakeholders bij beleidsvorming. - Deelnemen aan (gebieds- of onderhouds)projecten binnen het fysiek domein. - Bijdragen aan integrale afstemming met de taakvelden groen, water, verkeer, milieu, ruimtelijke ordening en duurzaamheid. Intern heb je veel contact met je collega's van team Fysiek Domein. Denk aan (beleid)adviseurs, , projectleiders, beheerder, vergunningverleners en toezichthouders. Het team houdt zich bezig met de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van beleid op het gebied van (openbare) ruimte, milieu, duurzaamheid, volkshuisvesting, afval, verkeer, grondzaken en natuur. Het team is ook verantwoordelijk voor vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving van het Omgevingsrecht. Tevens coördineert het team de uitvoering van alle projecten binnen het fysieke domein. Extern heb je tevens contact met inwoners en ondernemers, Rijkswaterstaat, adviseurs en ingenieursbureaus en buurgemeenten We zoeken een beleidsmedewerker met solide kennis van civiele techniek.
