Ter versterking van ons domein Ruimtelijke ordening zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Proactief bijdraagt aan ruimtelijke ambities en een aantrekkelijke leefomgeving - Ruimtelijke procedures begeleidt en adviseert, van principeverzoek tot en met de verdediging van ruimtelijke plannen bij de Raad van State - Ruimtelijke plannen controleert, reproduceert en in procedure brengt met behulp van relevante software - In- en externe disciplines en belanghebbenden samenbrengt en hun inbreng vertaalt naar een ruimtelijk plan - Nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en jurisprudentie analyseert en toepast - De gemeente vertegenwoordigt bij overleggen en beroepsprocedures - De bestuurlijke besluitvorming van planologische procedures voorbereidt en begeleidt - Samen met inwoners en politiek ruimtelijk beleid en ruimtelijke visies ontwikkelt - Kansen benut die de Omgevingswet biedt en deze vertaalt naar de behandeling van ruimtelijke plannen Je werkt zelfstandig aan complexe vraagstukken en zoekt samen met betrokkenen naar haalbare oplossingen. Spreekt de rol van Beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening je aan en herken je je in het onderstaande profiel? - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als beleidsmedewerker ruimtelijke ordening en minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring bij een gemeente - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of universitaire opleiding, bij voorkeur in ruimtelijke ordening, omgevingsmanagement, planologie, sociale geografie of (bestuurs)recht - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het begeleiden en adviseren over ruimtelijke procedures - Je hebt ervaring met het voorbereiden en begeleiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming rond planologische procedures - Je beschikt over actuele kennis van het vakgebied...
