Over de functie Als beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening bij Gemeente Oosterhout werk je aan uitdagende ruimtelijke ordeningsvraagstukken en de implementatie van de Omgevingswet. Je hebt veel contact met inwoners, ondernemers, politiek en collega's, en draagt bij aan het realiseren van de gemeentelijke ambities. Je begeleidt ruimtelijke procedures, analyseert wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt belangen naar ruimtelijk beleid. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en bent een spin in het web tussen verschillende disciplines. Wat je gaat doen - Proactief bijdragen aan gemeentelijke ambities en doelen op het gebied van ruimtelijke ordening - Bezig zijn met de leefomgeving en bijdragen aan een betere leefomgeving - Begeleiden en adviseren over ruimtelijke procedures, van principeverzoek tot verdediging bij de Raad van State - Gebruik van (technische) software voor controle, reproductie en procedure van ruimtelijke plannen - Samenbrengen van interne en externe disciplines en belanghebbenden richting een oplossing - Analyseren van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en jurisprudentie - Vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente bij overleggen en beroepsprocedures - Zorgdragen voor bestuurlijke besluitvorming van planologische procedures - Opstellen van ruimtelijk beleid en visies in samenspraak met inwoners en politiek - Kansen benutten bij het behandelen van ruimtelijke plannen in de geest van de Omgevingswet Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of universitaire opleiding in omgevingsmanagement, ruimtelijke ordening, sociale geografie, planologie, (bestuurs)recht of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring bij een gemeente - Minim...
