Dan ben jij degene die wij zoeken! Als beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening lever je een proactieve bijdrage aan het bereiken van deze ambities. Heb je regelmatig contact met inwoners, ondernemers en de politiek binnen de gemeente Oosterhout en natuurlijk je collega's. Deze collega's spreek je dagelijks over wat er speelt en wat er eventueel moet veranderen. Hierdoor maak jij het verschil en krijgen wij samen meer voor elkaar. Door piekwerkzaamheden zoeken we een tijdelijke collega. Wat houdt de functie in? - Als beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening draag je proactief bij aan onze ambities en doelen; - Je bent continu bezig met de ruimte om je heen en zo draag je bij aan een betere leefomgeving; - Je begeleidt en adviseert over ruimtelijke procedures, van principeverzoek tot en met het verdedigen van het ruimtelijke plan bij de Raad van State; - Je gebruikt diverse (technische) software om ruimtelijke plannen te controleren, te reproduceren en in procedure te brengen. - Je bent een spin in het web, je brengt diverse in- en externe disciplines én belanghebbenden proactief samen richting een oplossing, en vertaalt dit in een ruimtelijk plan; - Je houdt je bezig met het analyseren van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en jurisprudentie; - Je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente bij overleggen en beroepsprocedures; - Je draagt zorg voor de bestuurlijke besluitvorming van de planologische procedure; - Je stelt in samenspraak met inwoners en politiek, ruimtelijk beleid en ruimtelijke visies op; - Je grijpt bij het behandelen van ruimtelijke plannen kansen aan die het werken in de geest van de Omgevingswet nu al bie...
