Deze rol, die voor drie maanden wordt ingevuld ter vervanging van een collega, richt zich op het volgen en signaleren van maatschappelijke vraagstukken en beleidsontwikkelingen. De beleidsmedewerker vertaalt deze naar de lokale context van Ede en adviseert het bestuur en collega's over inhoudelijke beleidsthema's. Ook informeert de functiehouder over relevante ontwikkelingen, effecten, beleidsdoelstellingen en mogelijke interventies. Het is hierbij belangrijk om over de grenzen van het sociaal domein heen te kijken en verbindingen te leggen met andere beleidsvelden. De functie vereist ervaring met projectmatig werken en de bereidheid om, indien nodig, de rol van projectleider op zich te nemen. Binnen het sociaal domein van de gemeente Ede wordt gewerkt aan maatschappelijke opgaven die gericht zijn op de gezondheid, vitaliteit en zelfredzaamheid van inwoners. De opdracht is gepositioneerd binnen de keten 'Langer passend thuis wonen' en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het beleid. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Werkzaamheden rondom de valleihopper, inclusief het vaststellen van reizigersbijdragen en het voorbereiden van proces kaderbrieven voor ambtelijke en bestuurlijke overleggen, het college en de raad. - Werkzaamheden in het kader van domein overstijgend samenwerken, zoals het onderhouden van contacten met stakeholders en partners en het rapporteren van de voortgang (20% van de tijd). - Het leveren van beleidsmatige input voor de inkoop van dagbesteding en begeleiding, inclusief kritisch denken en het opstellen van verordeningen (30% van de tijd).
