In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van beleid op het gebied van stedelijk waterbeheer en riolering. Je combineert technische kennis met strategisch inzicht en werkt aan een toekomstbestendig watersysteem binnen een stedelijke omgeving. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen en onderzoeksresultaten naar concrete adviezen en maatregelen, en adviseert over watergerelateerde vraagstukken binnen ruimtelijke projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat waterbelangen goed worden meegenomen in gebiedsontwikkelingen en woningbouwprojecten. Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je de organisatie in overleggen met externe partners zoals waterschappen en adviesbureaus. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Kaderrichtlijn Water en gemeentelijke watertaken - Ervaring met het interpreteren van hydraulische modellen en technische analyses - Kennis van riool- en watersystemen en hun werking - Relevante werkervaring op het gebied van stedelijk water, riolering en klimaatadaptatie - Ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling en advisering binnen een bestuurlijke of publieke context - Zelfstandige, proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding - Goede adviesvaardigheden en gevoel voor bestuurlijke en politieke verhoudingen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Watermanagement, Hydrologie, Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar Functieoverzicht .
