Beleidsmedewerker VTH Stein Korte omschrijving Voor een opdrachtgever in Stein zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Beleidsmedewerker VTH. In deze tijdelijke opdracht werk je binnen het fysieke domein aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van het beleid rondom Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving. De nadruk ligt op het actualiseren van het VTH-beleid, het op orde brengen van de beleids- en verantwoordingscyclus en het voorbereiden van de benodigde stukken voor het Interbestuurlijk Toezicht Omgevingsrecht. Je brengt structuur aan, vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar werkbare beleidsdocumenten en adviseert management en bestuur over de verdere ontwikkeling van het VTH-domein. Functie omschrijving - Analyseren van het bestaande VTH-beleid, beschikbare documenten en huidige werkwijzen; - In kaart brengen van de actuele stand van zaken binnen de VTH-beleidscyclus; - Opstellen van een plan van aanpak voor het actualiseren en verbeteren van het VTH-beleid; - Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van het gemeentelijke VTH-beleidskader; - Begeleiden van het bestuurlijke besluitvormingsproces rondom het VTH-beleid; - Vormgeven van een samenhangende beleidscyclus voor vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving; - Verzamelen, analyseren en structureren van gegevens voor monitoring, evaluatie en verantwoording; - Opstellen van documenten en informatie ten behoeve van het Interbestuurlijk Toezicht Omgevingsrecht; - Bewaken van de samenhang tussen beleid, uitvoering, monitoring, evaluatie en bijstelling; - Afstemmen met medewerkers binnen VTH, Ruimtelijke Ordening en andere relevante vakgebieden; - Samenwerken met externe partners zoals omgevingsdiensten en provinciale organisaties; - Adviseren van management en bestuur over VTH-beleid en de voortgang van verbeteropgaven; - Signaleren van knelpunten binnen beleid en uitvoering; - Ontwikkelen van concrete verbetervoorstellen om de VTH-cyclus structureel te versterken; - Bijdragen aan de ...
