De beleidsmedewerker wordt ingezet binnen het fysieke domein en werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van het gemeentelijke beleid op het gebied van Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH). De opdracht De belangrijkste opdracht is het ontwikkelen en actualiseren van het gemeentelijke VTH-beleid en het op orde brengen van de beleids- en verantwoordingscyclus VTH/Omgevingsrecht. Onderdeel hiervan is het verzorgen van de benodigde stukken en informatie in het kader van het Interbestuurlijk Toezicht (IBT) Omgevingsrecht van de provincie Limburg. De beleidsmedewerker brengt de huidige situatie en beschikbare informatie in beeld, beoordeelt wat nodig is om te voldoen aan de wettelijke en provinciale vereisten en vertaalt dit naar concrete beleids- en uitvoeringsdocumenten. Daarbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met de medewerkers binnen de clusters VTH en Ruimtelijke Ordening. Werkzaamheden De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: het analyseren van het bestaande VTH-beleid, de beschikbare documenten en de huidige werkwijze; het opstellen van een plan van aanpak om te komen tot nieuw, actueel VTH beleid; het actualiseren van het gemeentelijke VTH-beleid, inclusief het daartoe noodzakelijke bestuurlijke besluitvormingsproces; het vormgeven van een samenhangende beleidscyclus voor vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving; het verzamelen, analyseren en structureren van de benodigde gegevens en informatie voor toepassing van de beleidscyclus; het voorbereiden en opstellen van de benodigde documenten in het kader van het IBT Omgevingsrecht; het bewaken van de samenh...
