Logo: YERLogo: YER EN Gemeente Stein zoekt een Beleidsmedewerker wonen - Ruimtelijk Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER - Gemeente Stein De positie - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van lokaal woon- en volkshuisvestelijk beleid op basis van wet- en regelgeving, maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en trends op de woningmarkt. - Opstellen, coördineren, evalueren en actualiseren van woonprogramma's, actieplannen en visies, waaronder woningbouwprogrammering, huisvestingsbeleid en woonzorgbeleid. - Adviseren van management, college en raad over wonen en volkshuisvesting, waaronder thema's als woningbouw, betaalbaarheid, leefbaarheid en huisvesting van specifieke doelgroepen. - Adviseren over woningbouwinitiatieven en andere ontwikkelingen op het gebied van wonen, onder andere vanuit de ambtelijke intaketafel. - Zorgdragen voor interne afstemming en vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente in regionale en subregionale samenwerkingsverbanden. - Bijdragen aan de gezamenlijke strategische koers en het uitvoeringsprogramma binnen de Westelijke Mijnstreek. Over het bedrijf De gemeente Stein telt zo'n 24.500 inwoners en bestaat uit verschillende kernen die ieder een geheel eigen karakter hebben. Stein staat bekend om haar strategische ligging aan de Maas en haar historische karakter met gezellige dorpskernen. De gemeente is een belangrijke logistieke hub door de nabijheid van industrie, waterwegen en snelwegen. De gemeente staat net als veel andere gemeenten voor grote uitdagingen.
