Beleidsmedewerker Zorg en Veiligheid Detachering Openbare orde & veiligheid 3-5 jaar Noord-Brabant 24 - 32 uur €3824 - €5624 Dit ga je doen Je stapt in als Beleidsmedewerker Zorg en Veiligheid bij gemeente Veldhoven met een heldere, inhoudelijke opdracht: jij ontwikkelt en levert een uitvoerbaar lokaal kader en een praktische aanpak voor de gemeentelijke inzet op zorg en veiligheid. De focus ligt op huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling, inclusief bewustwording, preventie, de meldcode, samenwerking en borging. In deze opdracht werk je aan concrete resultaten. Je pakt dit onder andere op door: - Een uitvoerbaar lokaal kader te ontwikkelen en op te leveren voor de gemeentelijke inzet op zorg en veiligheid, met duidelijke uitgangspunten en praktische keuzes. - Een aanpak voor huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling te concretiseren, inclusief rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en een werkbare samenwerking in de keten. - Bewustwording en preventie te vertalen naar toepasbare acties en interventies binnen de gemeente en met partners. - De meldcode te verwerken in praktische handvatten en processen, zodat collega's weten wat wanneer nodig is en hoe ze dit zorgvuldig doen. - Samenwerking met lokale en regionale partners te organiseren en te versterken, met oog voor ieders belangen en mogelijkheden. - Borging te regelen: je zorgt dat de aanpak wordt verankerd in gemeentelijke processen en afspraken, zodat het ook na jouw inzet blijft staan. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking en betrouwbaarheid belangrijk zijn: je werkt met collega's en partners die betrokken zijn bij kwetsbare thema's en die het verschil willen maken in de praktijk.
