Heb je affiniteit met het onderwijs en wil je vanuit een centrale rol bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van onze scholen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Voor ons bestuurskantoor zoeken wij een Beleidsondersteuner Onderwijs & Kwaliteit . Een veelzijdige functie waarin je de stafmedewerkers ondersteunt bij kwaliteitsontwikkeling, beleidsuitvoering en organisatiebrede verbetertrajecten. In de eerste fase van de functie ligt de nadruk vooral op de ondersteuning van de Adviseur Onderwijskwaliteit. Vanuit deze samenwerking maak je kennis met de organisatie, de kwaliteitscyclus en de beleidsprocessen binnen De Waarden. Op termijn kunnen de werkzaamheden breder worden ingezet binnen het stafbureau. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen beleid en praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsprocessen goed zijn ingericht, daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan beter onderwijs en voldoen aan de wet- en regelgeving. Dit ga je doen In het eerste jaar werk je voornamelijk samen met de Adviseur Onderwijskwaliteit en ondersteun je bij werkzaamheden rondom kwaliteitszorg, onderwijsontwikkeling en beleidsvoorbereiding. Als Beleidsondersteuner ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding, monitoring en evaluatie van (kwaliteits)beleid en kwaliteitsprocessen. Je ondersteunt de stafmedewerkers bij: • de ontwikkeling, uitvoering en evaluatie van (kwaliteits)beleid; • het verzamelen, ordenen en interpreteren van kwaliteits- en managementinformatie; • het signaleren van trends, risico's en kansen voor verdere kwaliteitsverbetering van de processen • het voorbereiden van rapportages en managementinformatie; • het organiseren van audits, inspectietrajecten en interne kwaliteitsonderzoeken; • het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van kwaliteitsi...
