The posting

Je komt terecht in de afdeling Beleid en Belangenbehartiging van de centrale administratieve diensten van het GO! in Brussel. Deze afdeling verdedigt de visie, standpunten en belangen van het GO! bij de beleidsmakers en andere stakeholders.

Het team Onderwijsstructuur, als één van de drie teams in deze afdeling, volgt de verschillende onderwijsniveaus op, verzamelt kennis, bereidt visieteksten voor, verheldert en stelt de onderhandelingsposities scherp. Verschillende van de medewerkers zetelen in de deelraden van de Vlaamse Onderwijsraad.

Als beleidsmedewerker binnen het team Onderwijsstructuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van het beleid en de regelgeving binnen het secundair onderwijs. Je bouwt een grondige expertise uit in de regelgeving voor het secundair onderwijs en in de maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen die impact hebben op het secundair onderwijs en je vertaalt deze naar goed onderbouwde beleidsadviezen en standpunten.

In deze functie neem je een brede beleidsmatige rol op. Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Informatie, data, regelgeving en ontwikkelingen uit het veld verzamelen, analyseren en vertalen naar beleidsvoorbereidend advies.
  • Goed onderbouwde nota’s, standpunten en dossiers opmaken rond het toegewezen onderwijsniveau
  • Multidisciplinaire teams of projectgroepen samenbrengen, de voortgang bewaken en bijdragen aan de realisatie van beleids- of projectdoelstellingen.
  • Interne en externe stakeholders betrekken, overleg organiseren, belangen capteren en beleidsvoorstellen aftoetsen binnen de nodige overlegstructuren.
  • De uitvoering van beleid opvolgen, effecten en knelpunten detecteren en voorstellen formuleren om het beleid waar nodig bij te sturen.
  • Expertise rond het onderwijsthema actueel houden, relevante inzichten delen en bijdragen aan duidelijke communicatie over beleidsbeslissingen naar betrokkenen.

Je werkt op een participatieve manier samen met collega's, scholen, scholengroepen en externe partners om kwaliteitsvolle beleidsdossiers uit te werken. Daarnaast volg je strategische dossiers en projecten op die betrekking hebben op het secundair onderwijs.

Je vertegenwoordigt het GO! in interne en externe overlegorganen en onderhoudt een sterk netwerk met stakeholders zoals de onderwijsadministratie, het kabinet Onderwijs, onderwijsverstrekkers en andere relevante partners.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma
  • Je hebt kennis van de regelgeving betreffende het secundair onderwijs en het Vlaamse onderwijslandschap of je bent bereid je dit eigen te maken
  • Je hebt ervaring met beleidsvoorbereidend werk of bent bereid je hierin in te werken
  • Ervaring in het Gemeenschapsonderwijs en/of met het beleidsdomein onderwijs is een troef maar geen vereiste
