Je ondersteunt beleidsadviseurs en de manager bij administratieve en organisatorische taken, waarbij je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige verwerking van financiële gegevens, een actuele registratie in het Landelijk Register Kinderopvang (LRK) en een goede voorbereiding van portefeuillehoudersoverleggen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd in nauwe samenwerking met collega's en externe partners. Wat je gaat doen: - Financiële processen ondersteunen: je bent aanspreekpunt voor beleidsadviseurs en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en codering van inkoopopdrachten en facturen. - Planning en control: je helpt bij de voorbereiding van jaarstukken, begrotingen en rapportages in samenwerking met de manager en financieel adviseurs. - Portefeuillehoudersoverleggen voorbereiden: je stelt samen met de manager de agenda op, bewaakt de voortgang van actiepunten en zorgt voor een tijdige opvolging. - LRK-registratie: je beoordeelt aanvragen, registreert voorzieningen en onderhoudt contact met kinderopvangorganisaties en de GGD. - Dagelijkse ondersteuning: je biedt collega's hulp bij uiteenlopende vragen en houdt overzicht over lopende processen en prioriteiten.
