The posting

Een veelzijdige baan waarin jij achter de schermen het verschil maakt. Als beleidsondersteuner sociaal domein bij gemeente Bergen op Zoom zorg je ervoor dat alles goed geregeld is. Van financiële administratie tot overleggen met wethouders en de registratie van kinderopvang. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen beleidsadviseurs en collega's zich richten op hun werk voor de inwoners.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt met verschillende collega's, houdt belangrijke deadlines in de gaten en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Jij bent de verbindende schakel die overzicht brengt en ervoor zorgt dat het werk soepel doorgaat.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je ondersteunt beleidsadviseurs bij financiële vragen en zorgt dat inkoopopdrachten en facturen correct worden verwerkt en gecodeerd. • Je helpt bij het voorbereiden van de begroting, jaarstukken en tussentijdse financiële rapportages. • Je stelt samen met de manager agenda's op voor wekelijkse overleggen met wethouders. • Je bewaakt de voortgang van afspraken, moties, voorstellen en vragen vanuit het college en de gemeenteraad. • Je zorgt dat actiepunten actueel blijven en dat brieven en vragen op tijd worden afgehandeld. • Je beoordeelt aanvragen en registreert kinderopvangvoorzieningen in het Landelijk Register Kinderopvang (LRK). • Je onderhoudt contact met kinderopvangorganisaties, de GGD en collega's binnen de gemeente.

Je werkt 28 uur per week. Je start zo snel mogelijk, vanaf 1 november 2026, en werkt tot 1 mei 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent iemand die graag het overzicht houdt en energie krijgt van het ondersteunen van anderen. Je hebt interesse in onderwerpen zoals onderwijs, jeugd, welzijn en zorg en vindt het leuk om met verschillende collega's samen te werken. Ook als er veel tegelijk speelt, blijf je rustig en weet je wat als eerste moet gebeuren. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt in oplossingen en helpt anderen graag verder.
