Krijg je energie van het verbinden van strategie, beleid en uitvoering én van het begeleiden van een team van ervaren HR-professionals? Als Beleidsregisseur HR geef je richting aan de HR-beleidsagenda van Inholland én aan de professionals die hier dagelijks aan werken. Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen verschillende HR-thema's, bewaakt de kwaliteit van beleidsontwikkeling en helpt de organisatie scherpe keuzes te maken in een dynamische omgeving. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan een team van ervaren beleidsadviseurs. Je stimuleert samenwerking, eigenaarschap en organisatiebreed denken en zorgt ervoor dat verschillende expertisegebieden elkaar versterken. Daarbij bewaak je de balans tussen strategische beleidsontwikkeling, prioriteiten en beschikbare capaciteit. Samen met de teamleiders van HR Advies en HR Services zorg je voor een sterke verbinding tussen beleid, advies en uitvoering. Een unieke kans om richting te geven aan de HR-agenda van Inholland én aan de professionals die deze agenda dagelijks tot leven brengen. We werken vanuit één centrale HR-organisatie met drie teams: HR Advies, HR Beleid & Expertise en HR Services. Door onze expertise te bundelen werken we vanuit uniforme en heldere HR-kaders en bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendige HR-dienstverlening. De volgende stap is om deze nieuwe inrichting verder inhoudelijk te versterken. Dat vraagt om een scherpe HR-beleidsagenda, samenhang tussen verschillende HR-thema's, heldere prioriteiten en beleid dat niet alleen bestuurlijk klopt, maar ook uitvoerbaar is en daadwerkelijk werkt in de organisatie. In deze rol ben jij de strategisch-tactische beleidsregisseur. Je schrijft beleidsdocumenten zoals bijvoorbeeld het strategisch HR plan, vertaalt de koers van de organisatie naar een samenhangende HR beleidsagenda, stuurt op algehele kwaliteit en priorite...
