De gemeente vervult namens de 18 Friese gemeenten de mandaatfunctie binnen het transformatieplan Mentale Gezondheid & Veerkracht. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met onder andere gemeenten, huisartsen, ggz-aanbieders, welzijnsorganisaties en andere maatschappelijke partners. Functieomschrijving Binnen Fryslân is het transformatieplan Mentale Gezondheid & Veerkracht (MG&V) opgesteld. Binnen dit plan werken de 18 Friese gemeenten samen met huisartsen, ggz-aanbieders, welzijnsorganisaties en andere maatschappelijke partners aan het versterken van mentale gezondheid, preventie en veerkracht van inwoners. Het transformatieplan maakt onderdeel uit van de Friese IZA-samenwerking (FrIZA) en bestaat uit 23 deelprojecten, die bijdragen aan passende ondersteuning en zorg voor inwoners met mentale klachten. De gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân vervult namens de 18 Friese gemeenten de mandaatfunctie binnen dit programma. Voor het uitvoeren van deze rol zoeken wij een ervaren beleidsregisseur Mentale Gezondheid & Veerkracht (MG&V) die regie voert op de gemeentelijke betrokkenheid binnen het FrIZA-transformatieplan. De beleidsregisseur ondersteunt de gemeentelijke samenwerking door beleidsmatige advisering, voorbereiding van bestuurlijke besluitvorming, coördinatie en afstemming tussen gemeenten en samenwerkingspartners. Je opereert binnen een complex speelveld van gemeenten, zorgaanbieders, welzijnsorganisaties, huisartsen, zorgverzekeraars en andere maatschappelijke partners en adviseert bestuurders, management en collega's over vraagstukken op het gebied van mentale gezondheid, preventie en veerkracht.
