Für unser traditionsreiches Haus mit 110 Zimmern und Suiten im Herzen einer der schönsten Städte der Welt suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Bellman / Wagenmeister (m/w/d).

Als erste Ansprechperson bei der Ankunft und Verabschiedung unserer Gäste repräsentierst du unser Haus mit Charme, Diskretion und echter Gastgebermentalität. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen, unterstützt beim Gepäckservice und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen stets den Überblick. Mit deiner hilfsbereiten und professionellen Art trägst du wesentlich dazu bei, dass der Aufenthalt im Sacher zu einem besonderen Erlebnis wird. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Front Office und den Concierge zusammen und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Eingangsbereich unseres Hotels.

Das erwartet dich:

* Herzlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung unserer internationalen Gäste * Unterstützung unserer Gäste beim Gepäckservice sowie Begleitung auf die Zimmer * Organisation und Betreuung des Vorfahrts- und Eingangsbereiches * Unterstützung beim Parkservice sowie sichere Handhabung von Gästefahrzeugen * Ansprechpartner:in für Gästeanfragen sowie Erteilung von allgemeinen Auskünften * Unterstützung des Concierge- und Front Office Teams im täglichen Ablauf * Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem repräsentativen Erscheinungsbild im Eingangsbereich * Koordination von Transfers, Taxis und Gepäcklagerungen * Professioneller und diskreter Service gemäß den Standards der "Leading Hotels of the World"

Das bringst du mit:

* Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich * Erste Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder im Gästeservice von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen * Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten * Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Hilfsbereitschaft * Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich * Sicheres und verantwortungsbewusstes Fahrverhalten
