Wij zoeken een collega ter versterking van ons provinciaal team van erkend bemiddelaars in familiezaken dat ingebed is binnen het team persoonlijk en relationeel welzijnswerk (PRW) in het werkingsgebied Aalst Dender-Zuid.

Als bemiddelaar familiezaken ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - ouders en ex-partners informeren over mogelijke procedures en oplossingswegen bij het uit elkaar gaan zodat ze een weloverwogen keuze voor een traject kunnen maken; - opstarten en voltooien van bemiddelingstrajecten (ouderschaps- of scheidingsbemiddeling) met het oog op een overeenkomst in het belang van het kind - opstellen en formaliseren van overeenkomsten van goederen/ouderschap in het kader van een scheidingsbemiddeling - bereiken of herzien van een overeenkomst over ouderschap in het kader van een ouderschapsbemiddeling

- waar nodig zorgen voor een externe doorverwijzing naar de meest geschikte organisatie/partner - consult aan andere teams binnen CAW Oost-Vlaanderen die met (hoog)conflictueuze scheidingssituaties in aanraking komen

Deze functie kan eventueel gecombineerd worden met de deeltijdse functie als bemiddelaar in werkingsgebied Dender-Scheldekracht.

- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs (bachelor of HBO5) in een menswetenschappelijke richting - Je hebt een erkenning 'bemiddelaar in familiezaken' of minstens een opleiding tot 'bemiddelaar in familiezaken' voltooid. Ervaring als bemiddelaar is een pluspunt. - Je hebt voeling met het algemeen welzijnsrecht en haar prioritaire kwetsbare doelgroep. - Je hebt een degelijke kennis van het familierecht (procedures, ouderlijk gezag, verblijfs- en kostenregeling kinderen, persoonlijk onderhoudsgeld,...) en kan deze op een laagdrempelige manier vertalen in de bemiddeling zodat mensen weloverwogen keuzes kunnen maken. - Je kan een juridisch kader ombuigen naar een welzijnskader. Je kan relationele conflicten hanteren en onderscheiden van inhoudelijke conflicten. - Hulpverlenende vaardigheden: je bent vertrouwd met meerzijdige partijdigheid, integraal werken én contextueel werken - Verslaggeving: je bezit goede mondelingen én schriftelijke vaardigheden om zelfstandig tot een verslag te komen. Je kan zelfstandig overeenkomsten opmaken die door een rechter (kunnen) gehomologeerd worden. - Je hebt basisvaardigheden ICT en een goede kennis van MS Office. - Meertaligheid is een troef. - Je bent bereid 1 avond per week te werken tot 20 uur. - Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en bereidheid tot het gebruik van de eigen wagen of ander gemotoriseerd vervoer in het kader van dienstverplaatsingen
