Datum : 6 januari 2026 Geachte relatie, Namens de Raad van Toezicht en het Bestuur van Samenwerkingsverband POLD informeren wij u graag over een wijziging van de bestuurlijke inrichting van ons samenwerkingsverband en de benoeming van de nieuwe Directeur-bestuurder. Het Bestuur van het Samenwerkingsverband heeft in goed overleg met de Raad van Toezicht besloten om vanaf 1 januari 2026 het bevoegd gezag over te laten gaan van het voormalig Bestuur naar de nieuwe Directeur-bestuurder. De aangesloten schoolbesturen vormen vanaf dat moment in gezamenlijkheid de Deelnemersraad, een belangrijk nieuw orgaan in onze organisatie. In de rol van de Deelnemersraad is de inhoudelijke inbreng en betrokkenheid van de aangesloten schoolbesturen blijvend geborgd. Het intern toezicht, alsmede het werkgeverschap voor de Directeur-bestuurder, is per 1 januari belegd bij de Raad van Toezicht. De veranderende inzichten over bestuur en intern toezicht zijn voor het voormalige Bestuur (de aangesloten schoolbesturen) en de Raad van Toezicht aanleiding geweest om tot deze wijziging over te gaan.
