Gehalt:

Das Einstiegsgehalt (Vollzeit 37,5 h) richtet sich nach Ihrer anrechenbaren Berufserfahrung: brutto € 2.875,20 (Stufe 1) bis € 4.212,10 (Stufe 8). Während der Grundausbildung (max. 1 Jahr) beziehen Sie 90 % Ihres zustehenden Gehalts.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Matura.

* mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen; serviceorientiert.

* Rasche Anpassungsfähigkeit an Situationen & Personen.

* Lernbereit, offen & engagiert; positive Haltung zu Gleichstellung & Diversität.

* Belastbar, selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst.

* Routine im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Sie informieren über Arbeitsmarkt und AMS-Angebote - persönlich, telefonisch und online.

* Sie vermitteln passende Jobangebote und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Kund_innen neue berufliche Perspektiven.

* Sie unterstützen bei der Arbeitssuche durch Weiterbildung und Qualifizierung.

* Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt in der Beratung und Begleitung von Menschen im Rahmen der beruflichen Rehabilitation.
