Loxone ermöglicht die einfache Steuerung und intelligente Automatisierung von Projekten aller Art. Von Smart Homes über Gewerbeobjekte bis hin zu Spezialanwendungen.

Als Elektro- / Automatisierungstechniker_in bist du für unsere Partner aus dem Elektrohandwerk zentrale_r Ansprechpartner_in hinsichtlich Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Verkauf von Smart Home- und Automatisierungslösungen. Weiters hilfst du unseren Partnern bei technischen Problemen und unterstützt diese bei der Fehlersuche und -behebung. 1 Berater_in für Gebäudeautomatisierung

Deine Aufgaben:

* Im Rahmen deines Onboardings machen wir dich fit und unterstützen dich auf dem Weg zum Loxone Experten. Neben eLearning Kursen erhältst du in unserem vierwöchigen Boot Camp eine praxisnahe Ausbildung und das Wissen über das gesamte Loxone System.

* Gezielte Beratung und Coaching unserer Loxone Partner aus dem Elektrohandwerk

* Erste_r Ansprechpartner_in für Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von Haus- und Gebäudeautomatisierungslösungen

* Technische Unterstützung und Troubleshooting per Telefon sowie über Remote-Sessions (Screensharing)

* Selbständige Unterstützung bei Planung und Projektierung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support-Team

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Partnerzufriedenheit

* Information unserer Partner über neue Loxone Produkte, Aktionen und Kampagnen

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik wünschenswert (aber kein Muss)

* Begeisterung für Haus- und Gebäudeautomatisierung

* Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke

* Gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit

* Sichere MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englisch-Grundkenntnisse

Es handelt sich um einen 38,5-Stunden-Vertrag mit Gleitzeitmodell. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine Gehaltsspanne von € 28.000 bis € 45.000 brutto/Jahr vorgesehen ist. Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen und freuen uns dich ebenso kennenzulernen, sollte dein Gehaltswunsch auch deutlich über dem vorgesehenen Gehaltsrahmen liegen.
