Wir verwirklichen Wohnträume und bieten Privatpersonen und Finanzdienstleistern alle nötigen Leistungen rund ums Wohnglück: Finanzieren - Absichern - Vorsorgen. 1 Berater_in Wohnfinanzierung Steiermark Deine Aufgaben

* Beratung und Umsetzung von Immobilienfinanzierungen

* Übernahme eines bestehenden Kundenstocks und Ausbau der langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen

* Entwicklung individueller Finanzierungskonzepte

* Akquisition und Betreuung von Kooperationspartner:innen aus der Immobilienwirtschaft

Dein Background

* Persönliche und individuelle Beratung für Kund:innen ist deine Motivation und Leidenschaft.

* Erfahrungen im Verkauf, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich

* Eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Eigener PKW - Die Nutzung deines eigenen PKWs gelten wir durch das amtliche Kilometergeld ab.
