Das Institut für Ausbildungs- & Beschäftigungsberatung unterstützt Menschen in beruflichen Veränderungsprozessen.

Wir suchen für unsere Beratungsstelle und das Frauenberufszentrum in Schärding ab sofort eine Beraterin bzw. Trainerin für 32 Wochenstunden als Karenzvertretung. 1 Beraterin / einen Berater

mit folgenden Aufgaben:

* Beratung und Begleitung unserer Teilnehmerinnen mit dem Ziel der Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt oder Aufnahme einer Aus- oder Weiterbildung

* Durchführung von Workshops zur beruflichen Orientierung, Bewerbungsarbeit, EDV-Grundlagen und digitale Kompetenz, Kompetenzbilanz * Unterstützung bei der Jobsuche

* Laufende Dokumentation, aussagekräftiges Berichtswesen

* Planung und Vermittlung von Inhalten mit digitalen Lernplattformen (moodle)

Ihr Profil:

* Ausbildung im Sozial,- Wirtschaft,- Psychologie,- bzw. Pädagogikbereich, abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil, mindestens Maturaniveau

* Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Beraterin oder Bewerbungstrainerin in arbeitsmarktbezogenen Projekten und in der Kompetenzbilanz

* Beratungskompetenz (Nachweis mind. 100 Stunden)

* Sehr gutes Bewerbungswissen und digitale Kompetenzen, sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse

* Interesse für die Themen "Informationstechnologien", "Frauen in Handwerk und Technik" bzw. "Green-Jobs"

* selbständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
