Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit: 1 Berechnungsingenieur Toleranzen 2D/3D (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Durchführung von mechanischen Toleranzanalysen in 2D und 3D für Baugruppen und Einzelteile

* Berechnung, Bewertung und Optimierung von Maß-, Form- und Lagetoleranzen nach ISO-GPS/GD&T

* Erstellung von Worst-Case-, statistischen und Monte-Carlo-Analysen

* Analyse von Fertigungs-, Montage- und Funktionsketten

* Unterstützung der Konstruktion bei der toleranzgerechten Auslegung von Bauteilen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Fertigung, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferanten

* Validierung von Berechnungen anhand von Messdaten und Prototypen

* Mitgestaltung von Toleranzstandards und Engineering-Methoden

* Mitarbeit bei Entwicklungsprojekten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar

* Erfahrung in mechanischer Berechnung und Toleranzmanagement

* Kenntnisse in geometrischer Produktspezifikation (GPS/GD&T)

* Erfahrung mit 2D- und 3D-Toleranzanalyse-Tools

* Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Systemen bevorzugt SolidWorks

* Verständnis von Fertigungs- und Montageprozessen

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an unserer attraktiven, leistungsorientierten Gehaltsstruktur und liegt je nach Qualifikation deutlich darüber.
