Wir sind ein österreichisches Familienunternehmen, das an 6 Standorten den Baustoffhandel und Baumärkte betreibt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Bereichsleiter_in Elemente - Fenster, Türen und Tore Führung Vertrieb Technik Ergebnisverantwortung

Für unseren Bereich Elemente - Fenster, Türen & Tore suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem Know-how, Vertriebsstärke und unternehmerischem Denken. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die standortübergreifende Leitung für Mattersburg, Neusiedl am See und Mistelbach.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs Elemente an drei Standorten

* Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Außendienstes

* Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ertrag, Budget und relevante Kennzahlen

* Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung von der Beratung bis zum Service

* Unterstützung bei wichtigen Kundenprojekten sowie technisch anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen

* Weiterentwicklung von Sortiment, Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Filialleitungen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fenster, Türen oder Tore

* Fundierte technische Produkt- und Branchenkenntnisse

* Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägtes Vertriebsverständnis

* Kaufmännisches Denken und sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen

* Strukturierte, verbindliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Technische, kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Tätigkeit an unseren Standorten

Vergütung

Für diese Position ist bei mindestens vier Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 45.080 vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung richtet sich nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Vordienstzeiten.
