Für unseren Standort in 2230, Bodenzeile 3, suchen wir ab August 1 Bereichsleiter:in Stellvertretung Feinkost Brot, Käse & Fisch auf Vollzeitbasis im Rahmen unserer Betriebszeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Es macht Ihnen Spaß, mit Lebensmitteln zu arbeiten (Frischfisch, Käse, Brot und Gebäck)

* Sie sind Verkäufer:in aus Leidenschaft und die persönliche Beratung macht Ihnen Freude

* Sie führen und betreuen die Feinschmeckerabteilung selbständig und achten dabei auf die Umsetzung der gültigen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Sie koordinieren die Warenverfügbarkeit und Warenpräsentation (Fokus auf Frische, Qualität, Lebensmittelsicherheit und Konsumentenschutz)

* Sie setzen Sortimentsvorgaben und Arbeitstechniken selbständig um

* Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team arbeiten Sie laufend an der Erfüllung der Bereichskennzahlen

* Die Motivation und die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden liegen Ihnen am Herzen

Ihr Profil

* Berufserfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel oder Fachwissen in den Bereichen Frischfisch, Käse, Brot und Gebäck

* MS-Office und SAP Anwenderkenntnisse

* Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Organisationsgeschick

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (Besuch von Seminaren, Schulungen,...)

* Quereinsteiger:innen willkommen (Koch/Köchin,...)

Unser Angebot an Sie

* Einen Lohn, der sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Ihrer Berufserfahrung orientiert. Der Mindestlohn auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag 2.362,- Euro brutto pro Monat. Überzahlung möglich.
