Durchführung und Weitergabe von Arbeiten und Aufgaben aus der Geschäftsführung; Einteilung und Planung der Mitabeiter von Aufgaben, Arbeiten und Mittagspausen; Ablauftraining neuer Mitarbeiter; Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe im Verleih; Abwicklung von Kundenreklamationen; Verleihaktivitäten wie Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Verleihmaterial in den Bereichen Ski, Snowboard, Rodel, Langlauf, Touren, Bike, Klettern, ...; Bindungseinstellung nach Vorgabe; Betreuung der Kunden im Verleih; Verkauf von Verleihmaterial, Reinhaltung der Arbeits-, Aufenthalts- und Lagerbereiche sicherstellen

- Einstufung Handelsangestellter Kollektiv inkl. Prämie € 2.585,- brutto für 38,5h pro Woche (Vollzeit);

Überzahlung möglich

- Überstunden werden ausbezahlt

- Höhere Einstufung lt. Vordienstzeiten möglich

- Jahresstelle - Unbefristeter Dienstvertrag mit 2-3 Monate Zwischensaison (Zeitausgleich)
